Regional Sales Manager, Cardiac Ablation Solutions

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and implant goals for products and services in assigned regions.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure alignment and partnership with CRHF and CVG sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, including market development and penetration initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical sales or marketing.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
