Job Summary

ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cardiac Management Solutions Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving patient outcomes in the cardiac management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate additional documentation collection to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
  • Conduct thorough patient reviews with healthcare professionals and office staff to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the utilization of electronic ordering and other initiatives to drive clean first-time order submissions.
  • Monitor unbilled patient exception status and work with the reimbursement operations department to resolve issues.
  • Effectively manage patients through transition of care and additional reimbursement processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 3rd party payer requirements and communicate this knowledge to hospital and office staff.
  • Provide education and support to staff to reduce medical order exceptions and improve first-time order submission rates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Healthcare or medical device experience preferred.
  • Ability to navigate hospital and clinic environments and interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management systems.
