We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the southeastern region, focusing on our Power Switching business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to close profitable orders for Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Paralleling Switchgears (PSG) in the assigned region.
- Execute annual detailed account strategies with OEM customers, independent representative agents (iReps), channel partners, and key end-users to drive top-line growth across the region.
- Develop strategic end-user customer relationships, support complex contract negotiations, and own accuracy of orders, commitments, and convertible orders forecast.
- Ensure all orders are in strict compliance with ABB's Risk Review Process.
- Provide clear communication to iReps and channel partners on ABB objectives, priorities, product development roadmaps, and other business considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or advanced business degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a successful track record and tangible results working with third-party channel partners, relevant consultants, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical power industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office essentials.
- Ability to travel regularly.
