Job Summary

CommQuest Services Inc is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our Assessment Team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive assessment services to establish behavioral health diagnoses and determine the appropriate type and level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to establish behavioral health diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external systems and service providers to coordinate care.
  • Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling services to clients.
  • Develop and implement crisis interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required.
  • Previous experience with the criminal justice system and ASAM criteria highly desired.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and/or NextGen a plus.
  • Ability to work with diverse client populations, including adults and adolescents.
