Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Experience Representative to join our team at NYU Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Member Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Account Management: Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  3. Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, promoting them to members based on their needs and preferences.
  5. Communication: Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, directing them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as processing wire transfers, international transfers, and currency orders, ensuring proper signatures are obtained.
