Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to members and prospective members.
  • Check members into the system and facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
  • Take prospective members on tours and assist with the new account sign-up process.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must.
