Customer Experience Coordinator

Aim Leon Dore is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Queens, New York. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through day-to-day communications, providing solutions to customer inquiries, and representing the brand in all correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and delivery
  • Assist with handling UPS claims and chargeback responses
  • Represent the brand using the Aim Leon Dore voice in all correspondence
  • Utilize Zendesk, fulfillment systems, and other necessary tools to drive customer satisfaction
  • Exemplify in-depth knowledge of products and maintain a solution-oriented mindset
  • Maintain open and ongoing communication with management, peers, and cross-functional team members
  • Support company initiatives related to product launches and client service
  • Resolve issues from start to finish in a timely manner
  • Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, product, and brand DNA
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team goals and individual KPIs
  • Collaborate in compiling information critical to continuously improving the customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of customer service or retail experience in a fast-growth environment, with a focus on customer experience
  • Prior knowledge of the Aim Leon Dore brand and its products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and computer literacy
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms, Shopify, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented with a motivated self-starter attitude
  • Proven ability to execute exceptional customer service standards across support channels
