Member Service Representative

VillageCare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting members in accessing services and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to member inquiries
  • Assist members in accessing covered and non-covered services, including data entry and authorization
  • Arrange appointments with healthcare providers and assist members in selecting participating providers
  • Provide education and support to members on healthcare options and benefits
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment
  • High school diploma required; Associates degree strongly preferred
  • Bilingual - Cantonese/Mandarin required
