About the Role

GLOBO Language Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our New Business Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new logo and enterprise-level customers, capitalizing on sales potential, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to position GLOBO's service offerings as a strategic investment for our customers' business growth.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of leads, identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Qualify prospects' business goals to determine if GLOBO can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and exceed weekly sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8-10 years of B2B, technical SaaS enterprise sales experience, preferably with at least 5 years of language solutions experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Account Executive role with an emphasis on hunting new logos.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and superior knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred.
  • Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States.
  • This position will require some travel - must have an active, valid driver's license and personal auto insurance policy.
  • Willingness to submit to any requested background checks.
  • Fluent in English.
