Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Healthcare Partners Investments. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Utilize and maintain equipment properly, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment as needed.
  • Supply Management: Replenish supplies as needed to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Communication: Introduce yourself to patients, families, and visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Criminal Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Health Screenings: Must complete and/or take all required health screenings and vaccines.
  • Experience: Experience with floor stripping and refinishing a plus.
Physical Demands

The Housekeeper will frequently be required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk or hear. The employee will occasionally be required to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
