About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Site Development Specialist. As a key member of our project teams, you will be responsible for creating land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities
  • Interact with clients, contractors, local government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Participate in conceptual and design phases, regulatory review process, bidding, and construction
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
  • 0-3 years' professional engineering experience
  • E.I.T. or F.E. certification
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Ability to speak and write professionally
  • Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design is a plus
