About the Role

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Land Development Specialist. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, and utilities for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to create land development plans that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
  • Design site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, and utilities using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Participate in conceptual and design phases, regulatory review process, bidding, and construction
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations
Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus)
  • 0-3 years professional engineering experience
  • E.I.T. or F.E. certification
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Ability to speak and write professionally
  • Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design a plus
