We are in search of a distinguished Client Advisor who possesses a well-established client portfolio and has 3-5 years of prior experience in Luxury Retail with a prestigious brand.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Deliver an extraordinary client experience by guiding clients in making purchases that align with their needs, preferences, personal style, and lifestyle choices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with clients in accordance with Dolce & Gabbana's selling and service standards.
Meet and exceed sales targets and essential retail KPIs (Appointments, Consignments, Units Per Transaction, Data Capture and Enrichment, Repurchase Rate, etc.).
Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships through engaging dialogue and proactive clientele management.
Drive business and sales objectives by actively reaching out to existing clients and cultivating new client relationships, extending beyond mere product offerings.
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation.Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge.
Evaluate and analyze personal KPI performance, proactively suggesting modifications to sales strategies to enhance these KPIs and exceed client expectations.
Assist in inventory preparation and execution.Collaborate with all store personnel to maintain a cooperative work environment.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in luxury retail.
Demonstrated success in sales generation, client relationship building, and development.
Results-oriented and customer-centric.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, in-person, via email, SMS, etc.).
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM and POS systems.
