Key Responsibilities

Printing Services

Acts as the Printing Coordinator, overseeing the management of the printing program. This includes delivering printing services that support various departmental operations. Responsibilities also include assessing the feasibility of requested printing services and ensuring compliance with funding regulations.

Evaluates the capabilities of printing equipment across the department and recommends necessary upgrades or consolidations to enhance efficiency.

Mail Management

Responsible for the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail. This includes identifying proper routing for mail based on content and maintaining logs for sensitive correspondence.

Ensures the secure handling of classified materials, verifying the accuracy of outgoing mail and compliance with security protocols.

Information Technology Support

Engages in the maintenance and updating of software systems and security measures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal performance of IT resources.

Provides user training on new technologies and maintains accurate records of software installations and configurations.

Qualifications

A foundational understanding of IT hardware and software systems is essential. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to effectively address procedural challenges.

Additional Requirements
