Printing Services

Acts as the Printing Officer, overseeing the management of the department's printing operations. This includes delivering printing services that support departmental functions and ensuring compliance with federal funding regulations.

Evaluates requests for printing and duplication to ascertain legality and feasibility, while also managing the availability of resources for procurement.

Conducts assessments of printing equipment capabilities and recommends necessary upgrades or consolidations to enhance efficiency.

Mail Management

Responsible for the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail. This includes determining the appropriate routing based on organizational structure and content.

Maintains logs for sensitive mail types and ensures secure handling of classified materials, including verifying contents and managing discrepancies.

Ensures compliance with security and postal regulations for outgoing mail, including proper documentation and control measures.

Information Technology Support
