Job Overview

Care to Stay Home is actively seeking dedicated caregivers to provide personalized assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own residences. We are looking for individuals who are available to work flexible shifts, including 4, 8, and 12-hour days or night shifts, to ensure consistent care for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Delivering essential care and support to clients
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Providing both standby and hands-on assistance
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Reminding clients to take their medications
  • Offering specialized care for bedbound clients

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of caregiving experience, particularly with elderly clients
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 40 pounds and assisting clients with mobility
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Commitment to providing consistent and critical care to clients
  • Reliability in attending scheduled shifts and engaging with clients
  • Capability to pass background checks without any felonies
