- Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities to reduce feelings of loneliness, such as conversation, games, or hobbies.

- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' physical or mental health to family members or healthcare providers.
- Safety Supervision: Ensure a safe living environment by addressing potential hazards and monitoring for any signs of distress or emergencies.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds, reposition bed-bound clients, and provide standby assistance as needed.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Reliability: Commitment to show up to work on time and provide consistent care to clients.
- Certifications: Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
