Position Overview:

The Brand Marketing Lead will oversee collaborations with external agencies and vendors while partnering with a dedicated internal team to implement a diverse array of marketing strategies. These strategies include brand positioning, narrative development, digital and social media content creation, email outreach, direct marketing, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture agency partnerships and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize various marketing channels and tools effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Advocate for necessary resources and drive initiatives forward amidst changing circumstances.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing management, communications, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of strategic communication and its role in fostering and maintaining relationships.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks of varying complexity.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and a highly organized approach to managing diverse projects efficiently.
