Job Summary:

The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, loyalty, and growth in the highly competitive food industry. This position requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and execute the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.

Product Launches:
Plan, manage, and execute product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between product development, marketing, and sales teams.

Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to drive brand growth and positioning.

Marketing Campaigns:
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, influencer, retail) to increase brand awareness and drive product trial.

Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including packaging, website content, social media content, and promotional materials.

Partnerships & Collaborations:
Identify and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners to amplify the brand's reach.

Brand Performance Tracking:
Monitor brand performance and KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.

Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers across various platforms, respond to inquiries, and monitor feedback to improve the overall brand experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in brand management within the food or CPG industry.
Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce trends.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience with brand performance metrics.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
