About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Institutional Trust and Custody Customer Care team. As a key member of our team, you will develop lasting relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, finance contacts, trustees, and third-party administrators in our institutional space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with plan sponsors and consultants to understand plan goals, investments, and operations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional products and services.
  • Conduct relationship plan reviews to highlight best practices and technology solutions.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and C-Suite executives.
  • Provide exceptional client service and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead client projects to successful implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in both DB and DC products.
  • Deep Trust and Custody experience, preferably in retirement and non-retirement assets.
  • Post-graduate study, such as an MA, MS, or MBA, is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
