Client Relationship Manager

At AXA XL, we're seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Leader to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you'll be responsible for nurturing and cultivating long-term client relationships with strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Know Your Client Holistically: Develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, strategic priorities, industry trends, and risks they face.
- Deliver What We Promise: Identify client service needs and customize service arrangements that manage client needs vs. AXA XL cost to serve.
- Bring Relevant Products & Solutions to Clients: Proactively identify growth opportunities, support cross-selling, and engage clients in risk dialogues to identify their needs.
- Foster Long Term Relationships: Manage client relationships, map and manage engagement with key stakeholders, and lead AXA XL client account teams.
- Business Acumen: Commercial acumen, relationship building, business & insurance acumen, marketing & communication, financial acumen, and data-driven decision making.
- People Skills: Customer centricity, leadership people skills, cross-functional collaboration, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
- Technical Skills: Business planning, industry and market knowledge, and technical product expertise.
