Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing relationship management plans to acquire and retain high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client experience and ongoing relationship growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank, expanding existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine action plans, review client needs assessments, and deliver proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
  • Manage risk through appropriate client selection, ensuring service delivery is consistent with fees being charged, and working with risk partners to escalate client concerns.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks, ensuring execution of team processes and training/coaching/mentoring other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • University/college degree required; higher education desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience, preferably with a book of business and existing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings, with ability to make business-appropriate introductions and hold team accountable for deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and risk partners.
