Job Overview

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is a leading wholesale distribution company specializing in HVAC equipment and residential building products. We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and developers to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to close business with key decision-makers.
  • Product Identification: Identify opportunities for all Williams Distributing products and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with estimating, bidding, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient job/project completion.
  • Account Management: Collaborate with accounts payable to ensure good credit standing for all customers.
  • Design and Layout: Measure and prepare kitchen/bath layouts to meet customer specifications.
  • Reporting and Administration: Complete call reports, monthly expense reports, and itineraries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Professional Development: Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
