Job Summary:

ASM Global is seeking a highly skilled Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. As a Ticket Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless ticket purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate ticket sales using accesso ShoWare Centers ticket selling software.
  • Have accurate knowledge about the venue with regards to seat locations and event layout.
  • Have knowledge of upcoming event dates, ticket prices, and event layout.
  • Follow accesso ShoWare Centers cash handling policy.
  • Abide by accesso ShoWare Centers Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • HS Diploma required.
  • Must have computer knowledge.
  • Experience with ticket selling software a plus.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required.

Benefits:

  • Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 100 hours of service.
  • Holidays worked are paid at time and a half.
  • Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
  • Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
