Your Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, the Senior Manager of Sales Operations is tasked with overseeing critical functions within a rapidly expanding sales organization, aligning with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include sales analytics, forecasting, process optimization, sharing best practices, and advancing technology.

The Senior Manager will generate business insights and serve as a vital collaborator with cross-functional teams. This position demands a high-performing individual who can think beyond their immediate responsibilities, develop creative solutions to challenges, and communicate effectively across various projects.

Your Key Duties Include:

  • Leading a proficient sales analytics team that delivers essential insights into sales activities, performance metrics, and trends for the sales organization and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively analyzing and clearly communicating actionable business insights derived from complex data sets to enhance sales strategies and plans in collaboration with Regional Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents.
  • Gaining expertise in business tools to deliver customer-centric, top-tier business analysis.
  • Providing data-driven analytical support and recommendations to optimize revenue operations.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments and sales leadership to design, refine, and enhance processes that drive sales results and business improvements.
  • Working with sales leadership to define and implement strategic sales initiatives.
  • Building strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Leading opportunity execution across the commercial organization, including identification, analysis, planning, and measurement across multiple stakeholders.
  • Recommending process improvements and devising solutions to enhance collaboration, information sharing, and sales productivity.
  • Managing and delivering ad hoc sales reports to Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Overseeing segments of Milwaukee's Sales onboarding program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in sales analysis, finance, sales planning, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, Interpretation, and Presentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven success in managing multiple complex projects and adapting to changing priorities while making sound decisions in a matrix environment.
  • High work capacity, reliability, results-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
