Job Overview

RideNow Powersports is on the lookout for a meticulous and reliable professional with exceptional communication abilities and a minimum of 3 years of robust Accounts Payable and General Ledger experience in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bank transaction postings.
  • Manage sales deal billing and inventory loading into the system.
  • Facilitate daily OEM dealer transfers.
  • Input Accounts Payable invoices and manage vendor payments.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of OEM parts statements.
  • Handle cancellations for F&I products and warranties.
  • Perform weekly reconciliations between intercompany accounts.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process, including General Ledger reconciliations.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the corporate controller.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership setting.
  • Prior experience in dealership office management or accounting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with vehicle title processing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods.
  • A positive and approachable demeanor.
