We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a lifelong resident of Oneida County, our agency values relationships and appreciates every customer who chooses us to take care of their needs.

Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
