Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Freeman Holdings Group. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide effective customer service to all internal and external customers, utilizing excellent knowledge of company products and programs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department.
  • Concierge Services: Provide concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required.
  • Invoicing: Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
  • Customer Preferences: Record customer preferences in our system.
  • Proactive Preparation: Proactively prepare for all incoming aircraft.
  • Feedback: Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partnership: Partner with the line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain neat work areas, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Naturally outgoing and extroverted with a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including in-person, phone, and radio communication.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and point-of-sale programs.
  • Mathematical Knowledge: Basic mathematical knowledge.
  • Transportation: Ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our company insurance policy.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual preferred.
Work Environment

This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Physical Demands
  • Lifting: Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Standing: Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges and walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.
  • Exposure: Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
