Position Overview:
Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Assistant I/Research Assistant I to join our team. This is a full-time contract role with the potential for conversion to a permanent position.

Job Details:
  • Location: Madison, WI
  • Contract Duration: 3+ months
  • Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including AM, PM, and overnight options

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Trial Assistant I, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting vital sign assessments including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
  • Preparing and accurately documenting ECGs and Holter monitor readings
  • Collecting and processing biological samples in accordance with study protocols
  • Monitoring participant meals to ensure adherence to dietary guidelines
  • Setting up examination rooms and ensuring medical equipment is ready for use
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Recording all research data meticulously
  • Staying informed about current regulatory standards
  • Participating in required meetings and maintaining comprehensive records of activities
  • Handling participant inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Ensuring confidentiality of client and participant information
  • Responding promptly to team and client requests
  • Taking responsibility for the quality of work performed
  • Observing study participants for overall well-being and reporting as necessary
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out process for study participants

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred certifications: EMT, Phlebotomy, CMA, or CNA

Certification Requirements:
  • CPR/AED Certification is mandatory for this role

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
