We are seeking a Clinical Research Support Specialist for our client.
Position Title: Clinical Research Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Clinical Operations Department.
- Support the Clinical Operations teams in the ongoing execution of clinical studies.
- Assist project teams with the preparation of study-specific documentation and protocols.
- Organize and maintain clinical study records and documentation.
- Manage Data Collection Forms, including logging, tracking, and ensuring quality control as required for the study.
- Support quality assurance audits of clinical study documentation.
- Assist in coordinating payments to Investigators, if necessary.
- Help in the creation of presentation materials for projects, departments, sponsors, and business development.
- Facilitate the tracking of team member contributions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and techniques related to diagnosing and treating health conditions.
- Basic skills in data analysis and accurate documentation of results.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Preferred: Associate's degree in medical technology or relevant vocational training.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience is required.
