Compensation:

$15 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial transactions including room charges, cash drawer activities, credit card processing, final bill preparation, and occupancy statistics.
  • Conduct additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the general manager and department heads.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, process reservations, and perform other front desk responsibilities as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests throughout their stay.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work overnight hours is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is a plus.
