Job Title: Budget Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Budget Director to join our Financial Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our facilities' operating and capital budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure financial responsibility in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the facilities' operating and capital budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to restructure work and implement new models of care and labor.
  • Act as an internal consultant to identify and implement new efficiency processes.
  • Coordinate the monitoring and review of all applicable statistical and financial variance reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare analysis experience.
  • Sound knowledge of healthcare budgeting, financial forecasting, cost accounting, industry statistical indicators, and best practices.
  • Experience with Kaufman Hall/Axiom/Syntellis Budgeting & Management Reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Refined analytical skills and comfort with manipulating and summarizing large data sets.
