The Michelle Thomas Team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Coordinator to enhance our real estate sales operations. This full-time position requires a professional who excels in managing the intricacies of seller transactions.

Your primary duties will encompass overseeing all facets of property listings, preparing essential listing documentation, securing necessary signatures for agreements, and managing the MLS listings efficiently.

In this role, you will also coordinate property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and focused on achieving results. As a listing coordinator, your efforts will contribute significantly to expediting the home selling process.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect comprehensive listing information, including property images, pre-listing documents, profile sheets, feature sheets, MLS research, floor plans, and updated pricing.
  • Submit all required paperwork to the office broker for compliance with file standards.
  • Review all documentation to ensure accurate signatures and dates, facilitating a smooth closing process.
  • Organize key duplication and ensure properties are adequately stocked with necessary items.
  • Accompany showings and manage the schedule for property photoshoots, meeting photographers on-site.
  • Document pertinent information during property visits and craft compelling property descriptions.
  • Advise on potential furniture rearrangements or repairs to enhance property appeal.
  • Secure necessary signatures for listing agreements, seller disclosures, and other essential documents.
  • Coordinate all buyer showings and provide exceptional service throughout the process.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with professionalism while managing multiple listings efficiently.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Possession of or pursuit of a real estate license is required.
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector and transaction coordination is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MLS, app files, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all dealings.

This position offers a competitive compensation rate of $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience.
