Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a systematic recruiting process to identify and evaluate candidates, ensuring they meet our standards and enhance our recruitment strategy.
  • Provide ongoing updates to the team regarding the effectiveness of various recruiting techniques.
  • Utilize online job platforms to advertise positions that attract potential new members to our real estate team.
  • Ensure that all candidate documentation is securely stored and easily accessible to maintain confidentiality.
  • Identify entry-level agents with significant growth potential through various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Support new agents during their onboarding process and throughout their initial training period.
  • Maintain an expanding email list featuring valuable content created by the team leader and organize engaging events for the team.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A college degree is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing various tools and services for job postings.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in real estate recruitment or inside sales.
  • A strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute to a team environment.

Compensation:
$45,000
