About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Specialist to join our team at Anywhere Real Estate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by providing exceptional support to our agents, branch leaders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

**Office Operations**

  • Collaborate with our facilities and IT partners to ensure all office equipment and supplies are in working order.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked and organized.
  • Provide a warm welcome to agents and customers, directing them to the relevant support teams.

**Agent Services**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to agents and clients, promoting our support teams and services.
  • Support agents with technology, process, and operational queries, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive office culture that reinforces our agent value proposition.
  • Work closely with the Agent Onboarding Team to support the onboarding process.

**Transaction Management**

  • Ensure agents' transactions are efficiently and accurately processed, with timely commission payments and minimal adjustments.
  • Scan physical checks as needed and serve as a point of contact for missing documentation or transactional issues.
  • Update databases, including MLS and Transaction Manager, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review systems, including Trident and Transaction Manager, to identify and resolve issues.

**Branch Leader Support**

  • Support Branch Managers with maintaining office promotional items, sales meetings, new agent orientations, and office culture initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate office setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including agents, branch managers, and operational support teams.
  • Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as required.
