Compensation:

$40,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee transactions from initiation to completion
  • Prepare and finalize documentation for all real estate transactions promptly to facilitate smooth closings
  • Attend property showings, inspections, and client meetings alongside real estate agents
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online content, and social media posts to enhance our brand visibility
  • Monitor critical dates and deadlines for transactions, notifying relevant parties as necessary
  • Assist agents in preparing listings for sale, including staging assistance
  • Input listings into the MLS
  • Regularly check on the status of our listings
  • Coordinate with service providers
  • Manage incoming calls and serve as the initial point of contact for Bonnycastle Realty
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexible availability to accommodate client needs during evenings and weekends
  • Openness to adopting innovative technologies in the real estate field
  • A collaborative team member who prioritizes integrity, service, and outstanding results
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
