Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing leads, creating clients, and closing sales. Our team provides expertise in all areas of professional real estate services, with a focus on new construction home sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide tailored advice and assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on market activity, including comparisons, current listings, and expired listings.
  • Develop knowledge of new construction sales processes and strategies.
  • Ensure customers are aware of all steps and significant details of the home buying/selling process.
  • Stay open to further education and growth opportunities in the real estate field.
  • Participate in team meetings and training, and be open to fresh methods and sales practices.
Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective planning capabilities, and a proactive approach to follow-up.
  • Open to adopting and implementing new marketing and sales strategies in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in selling products and services with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at multitasking, and displaying creativity.
Compensation

$100,000 at plan commission.
