- Consult with clients to understand their home needs and preferences, and negotiate deals to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and development within our served geographies.
- Ensure fiduciary service to clients throughout the real estate transaction, providing counsel on market conditions and pricing.
- Negotiate with industry professionals and clients to secure desired results.
- Coordinate the facilitation of required documentation for property transactions and ensure a smooth closing process.
- Meet with potential sellers to discuss their motivations and provide our marketing plan and listing process.
- Host open houses and follow up with clients to ensure we are meeting our duties.
- Technology-savvy and driven individual with a desire for professional growth.
- Organized and effective time management skills.
- Prior sales experience is preferred, with at least one year of real estate experience required.
- Unblemished standing with the local Realtor board.
- Strong connections with mortgage originators, banks, and title companies.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
- Consistent record of real estate success.
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
