Le groupe Électronique du département des Achats est chargé de la sollicitation, de la négociation, de l'attribution et de la documentation des commandes d'achat en conformité avec les politiques de l'institut ainsi qu'avec les réglementations gouvernementales.



Objectifs de ce rôle :
  • En tant qu'expert en approvisionnement, être capable de traiter diverses commandes complexes et de grande valeur, y compris la réalisation d'analyses de prix complexes, la localisation/sélection de sources qualifiées et le travail avec des délais serrés tout en respectant toutes les politiques et procédures de l'institut et du gouvernement.
  • En tant qu'acheteur expérimenté, organiser des réunions régulières avec les utilisateurs finaux/divisions internes pour recueillir les besoins d'approvisionnement ainsi que des réunions fréquentes avec les fournisseurs stratégiques et collaborer avec d'autres départements.
  • Être à l'aise pour communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les divisions afin de recueillir et discuter des Cahiers des Charges (CdC) ou des Spécifications Techniques.
  • Capacité à appliquer les termes appropriés et à suivre la matrice pour négocier les termes et conditions.
  • S'efforcer de trouver et de mettre en œuvre des moyens d'améliorer l'efficacité du travail.


Responsabilités quotidiennes et mensuelles :
  • Utiliser le système d'achat pour établir des commandes d'achat, accélérer les commandes, résoudre les problèmes de commande et d'autres tâches d'approvisionnement.
  • Envoyer des demandes de propositions si nécessaire ; effectuer le sourcing des fournisseurs selon les besoins.
  • Traiter des commandes complexes de grande valeur et servir de soutien à tous les acheteurs du groupe.
  • Respecter les directives commerciales et de bureau de l'institut.
  • Encadrer les acheteurs juniors et les aider avec leurs problèmes de commande.
  • Communiquer avec les utilisateurs finaux internes pour établir des priorités, des attentes et conseiller sur les politiques et procédures ainsi que gérer leurs problèmes et préoccupations.


Exigences :
  • Nécessite un diplôme de licence ou de maîtrise en commerce ou dans un domaine lié à la chaîne d'approvisionnement, un MBA est préférable.
  • 6+ années : Expérience démontrée dans l'administration, la négociation et l'attribution de contrats/commandes gouvernementaux. Connaissance et expérience des réglementations d'acquisition fédérales (FAR) et des réglementations d'acquisition fédérales de défense (DFAR).
  • 6+ années : Excellente communication écrite et orale. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Word.
  • Expérience démontrée dans un rôle de leader.
  • Un permis de conduire valide et clair est requis.
