Product Engineer

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all engineering activities involved in large-scale projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products, features, and technologies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development engineering environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of lift truck design, vehicle control systems, battery integration, industrial design, and ergonomics.
  • Project management and supervisory experience.
