The primary objectives for these positions include the implementation of cutting-edge solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, elevating quality standards, and maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Standards & Industrialization department is tasked with deploying essential preventive quality standards and processes to ensure a right-first-time approach in the introduction of new products and industrial projects, as well as in the refinement of existing manufacturing processes.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Overseeing the delivery and maintenance of preventive quality standards while motivating your team to adhere to strict timelines.
- Acting as a catalyst for change to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Conducting thorough investigations to identify potential risks.
- Serving as a key resource for continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
- Ensuring all documentation related to aircraft certification meets compliance standards.
- Implementing modifications or enhancements within departments to guarantee aircraft compliance.
- Developing and executing plans, including audits and projects.
- Exhibiting the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Promoting continuous improvement, particularly through the application of problem resolution processes.
- Identifying, documenting, and standardizing critical processes to achieve organizational objectives.
- Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering (3-5 years).
- Background in Aeronautics/Aerospace (minimum of 5 years).
- Familiarity with PPV methodology.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA).
- Experience in Supply Chain Management (3-5 years).
