Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement Standard Work procedures to improve productivity and quality.
  • Enforce company policies, programs, rules, and regulations, as well as safety protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental, plant, and corporate goals for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and manage manufacturing personnel, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field.
