Key Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google campaigns and product feed components.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand underlying factors.
  • Proactive in developing new internal processes to enhance workflow efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily paid social operations for clients across various sectors.
  • Assume full ownership of at least one client account within the initial months, based on business requirements.
  • Launch, manage, and continuously test advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct weekly strategy meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams to develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor clients' competitive landscapes and industry developments.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing among teams and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Contribute significantly as a team member on larger client accounts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000
  • Participation in Socium's profit-sharing program (up to $37,500 annually).
