Role Summary
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships and driving successful marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a primary contact for designated client accounts.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of each client's business landscape, including their industry and competitors.
  • Leading the development of media strategies and planning initiatives.
  • Collaborating with execution teams to optimize media performance and implement innovative testing strategies.
  • Analyzing data from various analytics platforms to ensure client goals are met and to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Conducting regular client meetings, including status updates and business reviews.
  • Fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Providing strategic insights and creative solutions based on client objectives and cross-channel marketing dynamics.
  • Ensuring quality assurance for all client-facing deliverables.
  • Overseeing project teams and specialists on a client-by-client basis.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Paid Social and/or Paid Search Marketing, preferably in e-commerce or direct response sectors.
  • A comfort level with raw data and trend identification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A solid understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and a proven history of initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and utilize time efficiently.
