Residential Care Associate

Bridgewell is a dynamic organization that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Associate to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Residential Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing daytime and nighttime support and assistance to individuals in our Level 3 residential programs. Your duties will include:
- Providing daily living support, including grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting
- Caring for individuals with complex needs, including those requiring moderate to considerable physical assistance or accommodations
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all residents
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
