Job Summary

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. This is an onsite 5 days a week position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Greet visitors with a friendly demeanor, issue visitor and parking passes, and manage janitorial or maintenance work orders.
  • Logistics: Coordinate and execute workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding. Manage incoming and outgoing mail/carrier packages, and coordinate office visits and building access.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Arrange and confirm meetings, dining, and business activities, and communicate with the team effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of job-related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
