About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Sales Consultant to join our retail showroom in the Houston Galleria. As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate the Blue Nile Difference: Instill trust and confidence in our brand by effectively communicating our unique value proposition.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, and provide tailored recommendations to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Continuously develop your knowledge of fine jewelry and diamonds to educate and inform our clients.
  • Communicate Accurate Information: Ensure that all clients receive accurate and clear information about our products and services.
  • Resolve Complex Customer Service Challenges: Effectively resolve complex customer service issues, finding solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain a Service Culture: Contribute to a service culture that focuses on the customer, enhances the buying experience, and builds relationships that lead to long-term business growth.
  • Meet Sales and Service Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed company sales and service goals.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Sales or Customer Service Experience: Required.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Required.
  • Jewelry Experience: A plus, but not required.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Required.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Integrity: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Authorized to Work in the U.S: Required.
