We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Luxury Sales Consultant to join our photography studio. As a Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional service and nurturing lasting relationships with our clientele.

You will act as the primary liaison for our clients, providing tailored experiences and ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Development:


  • Foster robust, trust-based relationships with clients through personalized interactions, understanding their distinct preferences and expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and offering customized solutions to meet their needs.

Exclusive Service Provision:


  • Deliver a premium experience to Nuovo clients, offering concierge-style services such as private consultations and bespoke photography sessions tailored to their tastes and preferences.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of our photography services, including studio offerings, packages, and customization options, to provide informed recommendations and advice.

Client Experience Enhancement:


  • Anticipate and exceed the evolving needs of clients, proactively offering innovative solutions and upscale experiences to enrich their overall photography studio experience.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique needs and desires, providing tailored solutions and personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.

Upselling and Revenue Growth:


  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional photography services, products, or packages to clients, maximizing revenue and profitability for the studio.
  • Manage high-value transactions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and secure process for luxury purchases or investments.

Client Loyalty:


  • Continuously evaluate client satisfaction and feedback, seeking opportunities for enhancement and refinement of services to elevate the overall luxury client experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in high-ticket sales and client relationships, preferably within the sales, hospitality, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientele.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Mac iOS systems.
  • Passion for photography, art, and lifestyle trends.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
