We are looking for sales-oriented individuals who are eager to take on the role of a Luxury Pool Sales Consultant. This position requires a relationship-focused approach, enabling you to impress our clients by embodying the core values of Anthony & Sylvan.

Position Details

This is a full-time role offering flexible hours, competitive benefits, and significant opportunities for advancement. Comprehensive training is available for candidates with prior sales experience, even if they lack specific industry knowledge.

As a full-time Luxury Pool Sales Consultant, you will utilize Pool Studio software to create pool designs and recommend backyard solutions using professional and persuasive sales techniques. We provide you with scheduled appointments with qualified customers, eliminating the need for cold calling. Our proven sales methodology and extensive training equip you with the tools necessary to build your own client network, enhancing your revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or three years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Commitment to investing time and effort for success
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in outside sales
  • Experience in exterior design sales (3 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and determined
  • Full-time availability with semi-monthly weekend work required
  • Comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
