Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate at Ring Concierge, a rapidly growing fine jewelry company. As a key member of our Houston Galleria team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, fostering relationships, and driving sales through your expertise and passion for fine jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Provide personalized shopping experiences for clients, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and delighted at every touchpoint.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales through proactive client outreach, follow-up, and after-sales service, in order to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Clienteling and Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of our Fine Jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
  • Store Environment and Operations: Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and management to uphold brand standards, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry.
  • Genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
  • Strong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the client experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Adherence to Ring Concierge dress code policy; business casual.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.

Measures of Success:

  • Key Performance Indicators: Sales, Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Average Order Value (AOV), Third Party Secret Shop Ratings & Google Reviews.
  • Client outreach.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks on time and effectively.
